Rhiah Clachir ( pen name for Carolyn Dawn Good ) first encountered a paper bead in 1986 in Philadelphia while finishing her BFA degree at the University of Art. She felt art was for everyone, not just the elite and started to tap into the Wearable Art fashion trends. Her line soon became visible in highend craft galleries and stores such as Brettons, Nordstrom and the Bay. She has develped her own paper transformation technique.
